Vintage Design & Circuitry
At its core, the pedal is an all-analog recreation of the legendary 1970s Foxx Tone Machine circuit. To deliver authentic, raw vintage tones, it is hand-assembled using premium components, including NOS Fairchild 2N3565 transistors and Germanium 1N34A diodes. True to its name and '70s aesthetic, the pedal housing is wrapped in a distinct peach-coloured flocked velvet shag finish.
Modern Features
Unlike the original bulky '70s hardware, the Peach Fuzz features a streamlined, pedalboard-friendly enclosure with top-mounted controls. It also includes dual footswitches to engage the fuzz and octave-up effects independently. Dan Auerbach requested a custom toggle that allows guitarists to switch the octave control between a momentary hold (perfect for quick accents during a solo) or a standard latching switch
