The TONEX Pedal from IK Multimedia brings powerful AI Machine-Modeling tone to your pedalboard, letting you run amp, cab, and pedal simulations without a computer. You can load up to 150 Tone Models, chosen from IK’s ToneNET library — everything from vintage amps and modern rigs to overdrives, fuzzes, and boosts. Add in VIR™ multi-IR cabinet simulation and a custom IR loader for expanded tonal flexibility. Built with ultra-low-noise 24-bit / 192 kHz converters, the TONEX Pedal delivers pristine audio quality with a dynamic range up to 123 dB and a frequency response from 5 Hz to 24 kHz. It also doubles as a USB audio interface, making it ideal for studio tracking. Onboard effects include a noise gate, parametric EQ, compressor, and 5 stereo reverbs, all routed post-modeling. For live or studio control, there’s full MIDI I/O, a ¼″ expression pedal input, and a headphone output for silent monitoring. Its rugged aluminum chassis, plus a large screen and intuitive controls, make it road-worthy and easy to use on stage.
